Sue Lee is a Senior Managing Director with Ernst & Young Infrastructure Advisors, LLC. She provides financial and strategic advice on infrastructure projects. Sue focuses on working with public agencies on alternative project delivery regulation/policies; financial analysis and business plan development; and project procurement and implementation.
Her experience includes advising on the LAX automated people mover and consolidated rental car facility P3 projects; highway/bridge projects for state DOTs; and US ports.
Prior to joining EY, Sue worked at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and Allen & Overy, where she advised public agencies, equity sponsors and lenders on a broad range of infrastructure, corporate finance, and restructuring transactions. She was also a Senior International Attorney with Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), a federal foreign aid agency.
Sue received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and B.A. in English from the University of Pennsylvania.
