What is the Forum?
The Forum is not a conference; there will be no ‘talking heads’ or PowerPoint presentations. Instead, it is a private annual assembly for leading lawyers and experts in the U.S. infrastructure sector to candidly share their opinions and experiences with each other during the meetings and invaluable off-line discussions over dinner and coffee breaks. Everyone invited has been individually selected by the Steering Committee based on the breadth/depth of their experience in this field. The sessions will look at trends in the infrastructure market, with a focus on both legal and broader market perspectives

"Practical insight and industry perspective offered with welcome candor, from a highly accomplished professional group. Unusually, substantive throughout."

"I valued the open discussions and insights from seasoned practitioners and leaders about current issues arising in the market. The round table discussion format is a refreshing alternative to the typical conference format."
"The Forum facilitates open discussion and participation by all attendees. These discussions tease out new issues and allow everyone to benefit from ideas and experiences from all sectors of the P3 markets."
